Change of Mind Returns: We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of purchase or delivery provided that, Items are unused and in original condition. Items are returned with original packaging and tags attached. Proof of purchase is provided.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items: Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide: Your order number. A description of the issue. Photographs showing the fault or damage.
Non-Returnable Items, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on: Earrings and personal care items. Clearance or sale items. Gift cards. Custom or special-order products.
